This is a Fitness program designed by Master H. Ogun Bey. This program incorporates taekwodo moves, stances, kicks and blocks as well as strikes into a coreographed fitness toward routine set to upbeat music.
This program is for adults who want to get in shape and sculpt long lean muscle while getting the benefits of martial arts training without working toward belt promotions.
The camp truely sets the stage for a full body workout that will yeild benefits beyond the martial arts studio.
